One T1 covers the entire build-privilege area of your authorized TC. Basic survival crafts work outside; advanced queues cancel/refund when leaving the base. No T2/T3 progression or tech tree. /electric: fixed-price scrap unlocks for electricity, irrigation and industrial sorting. Scrap also crafts components and repairs found weapons without BP, with normal repair wear. Weapon loot: minimum 50% condition. Native x1 materials/times.
